PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California - <br />RESO1riJTIDN ~AAO. 1086 , <br />REAS, the application of Singer^Housing Company for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />and operation-of-an ARCO.Servide Station on .the <br />northwesterly corner of Hopyard Road and West <br />~Las~Pasitas Boulevard; in a.C-N (Commercial Neigh- <br />boahao~) District, Pleasanton has come before this <br />Commission , <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that-iJP-71-9 be approved <br />subject to the:fbllowag`conditions: <br />1. That the applicant submit design plans for <br />said station in conjunction wi-th she Design Plans <br />of the Shopping Center as an overall program. <br />Z. That trailer rentals, auto towing facilities <br />and equipment and other non-related services shall <br />be prohibited on said premises. Said condition <br />is here3ay applicable to the property owner and to <br />the lessee of said property; no resale of boats and <br />autos by lessee and sub-}asses of the property ,° <br />as well. <br />3. That canopy lighting shall be subject to the <br />approval of the Design Review Board and shall not <br />diffuse onto adjoining properties or be visible <br />from the public right-of-way. <br />4. That all exterior lighting Shall be of-low- <br />level type and approved by the Design Review Board. <br />5. That the applicant adhere to the conditions of <br />the Public Works Department. <br />6. That the applicant submit color samples of the <br />materials to be used on he exterior for approval <br />by the Planning Director. <br />7. That the landscaping plans be subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br />8. -That the maximum height to the bottom of the <br />pump island shall be no higher`than the roof line <br />of the building. <br />9. That all parking spaces be striped end bumper <br />stopped._ -;: <br />10. That all raised planter areas be concrete. <br />11. That 'a 6 inch concrete curb be provided where <br />landscaping abuts paving. <br />12. That the applicant-submit an on-site lighting <br />program for review by the Design Review Board. <br />13. That the operation of said auto service station <br />be restricted to the'sale of automotive products and <br />the service and repair of motor vehicles. <br />
