PLANNING COMMISSION
Pleasanton, California
RESOLUTION NO. 1087
WHEREAS, the application of Humble Oil & Refining Co.,
for a conditional use permit to allow the con-
struction and operation of an Enco service
station on the southeasterly corner of Hopyard
Road and Valley Avenue, in a C-N (Commercial
Neighborhood) District, Pleasanton, has come
before this Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71°10 be denied, subject
to the following reasons:
1. That the Commission opposes the addition of
any more service stations in the vicinity of
Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue.
2. That the community growth in the vicinity
does not warrant the addition of a service
station at this time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Pleasanton on the 11th day of May, 1971, by the
following vote:
Ayes: Commissioners Pereira, Pons, Wood and
Chairman Carrigan
Noes: Commissioner Hirst
Absent:
Abstain
Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello
Date: May 11, 1971
Attest:
Vince Aiello Actin Secretar
9 Y
owar T. arri an, C ai ~ n
i
