PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1087 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Humble Oil & Refining Co., <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the con- <br />struction and operation of an Enco service <br />station on the southeasterly corner of Hopyard <br />Road and Valley Avenue, in a C-N (Commercial <br />Neighborhood) District, Pleasanton, has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71°10 be denied, subject <br />to the following reasons: <br />1. That the Commission opposes the addition of <br />any more service stations in the vicinity of <br />Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue. <br />2. That the construction and operation of a <br />service station at the corner of Hopyard Road <br />and Valley Avenue would be detrimental to the <br />present circulation pattern of Valley Avenue at <br />Hopyard Road. <br />3.
