PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />EESOLUTION N0. 1089 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission recommending <br />to City Council the modification of their original <br />approval granted to Edward W. Schlies under Resolution <br />No. 1074. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the request of <br />the City Council at their meeting of May 11, to reduce <br />the Office zoning from their original recommendation of <br />15.69 acres, to no more than a net of 5 acres of 0 (Office <br />zoning with the balance to be placed in the P (Public <br />and Institutional) District, for that property bounded <br />by S. P. R. R., Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission hereby recommends <br />to City Council the modification of their original <br />approval to allow not more than 5 net acres of 0(Office) <br />zoning, with the balance of the parcel to be placed in <br />the P (Public and Institutional) District. <br />This modification by the Planning Commission is also <br />given with the precise understanding that said 5 acres <br />will be used for the development of a medical office <br />complex. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 11th day of May, 1971, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: May 11, 1971 <br />Attest: - <br />VINVIN~ACTING SECRETARY HOWARD GARRIGA , HAIRMAN <br />
