PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1092 <br />AS, the application of Amador Valley Investors for <br />a conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />and operation of a model home complex with a <br />single-family townhouse project (P.U.D.-69-8) <br />generally located immediately south of Interstate <br />#580 and easterly of Tassajara Road within the <br />Pleasanton Meadows subdivision has come before this <br />Commission, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71-11 is hereby given appr <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as <br />described in the application and any attachments <br />thereto and as shown on the attached plan labeled <br />Exhibit A. <br />2. That all off-site and on-site improvements <br />at such time as the model area is removed shall <br />comply with all the requirements as imposed by the <br />Public Works Department <br />3. That the carports approved for the area of <br />the model home complex at such time that the models <br />revert to single-family use be installed. <br />4. That the model area be landscaped in accordance <br />with the approved landscaping plan. <br />5. That all proposed model residences shall <br />revert back to the single-family residence and <br />shall be subject to a final inspection of the <br />Building Department. <br />6. All residences including garages and carports, <br />shall meet with the setback requirements as set <br />by the approved P.U.D. for this development. <br />7. That this conditional use permit be subject <br />to the approval of the final development plans by <br />the City Council. <br />8. That water supply for the fire protection be <br />available in an acceptable manner to the Public <br />Works Department, within 250 feet of the constructic <br />site prior to the start of construction. <br />9. That a fire protection alternative satisfactor; <br />to the Public Works and Fire Departments be provide< <br />
