PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1093 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pacific Telephone and <br />Telegraph Company for a Conditional Use Permit <br />to allow the operation of a directory assist- <br />ance operating center to be located on Blaclc <br />Avenue adjacent to and west of the Dr. Juhl <br />Medical Center in a P (Public and Institutional) <br />District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that UP-71-12 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That a minor subdivision revision regarding <br />the adjacent Dr. Juhl Medical complex be sub- <br />mitted for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />2. That the applicant will expand the parking to <br />the rear and easterly 100 feet as the employment <br />level increases. <br />3.
