PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton California <br />RESOLUTIlON N0. 1094 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Phil Davidson for <br />Tentative Map and Development Plan Review <br />for PUD-71-2 and Tract 3331, a residential <br />development consisting of single-family <br />townhouse unite, said development to be <br />located on the property described as Parcels <br />3-1 and 4, Block 2607 and Parcel 5-9, Block <br />2577 of Book 946 of the Alameda County <br />Assessor's Office, containing 18.5 acres, <br />more or leas, property fronting on Sycamore <br />Road and abutting the southern boundary of <br />the Mission Park subdivision, has come before <br />this Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that PUD 71-Z be denied, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed amendment is not in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />2. That the proposed amendment does not <br />create a more equitable condition for the <br />community than now prevails. <br />3.
