PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1096 <br />the application of Costanzo-Wilson Development <br />Company to rezone from the R-1 (single-family) <br />District to the R.O.D. (Residential Overlay) <br />District, and also, to rezone 3.5 acres of the <br />R-1 (single-family) District to the RM-1500 <br />(Multiple) District that property described as <br />parcels number 1-2, and 1-3 of Alameda County <br />Assessor's Map, Book number 946, Block 3215 <br />containing a total of 69.7 acres more or less, <br />has come before this Commission, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that RZ-71-5 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions. <br />1. That the R-1 (single-family) areas designated <br />on the submitted plan be placed in the Residential <br />Overlay District and that this condition shall run <br />with the land. <br />2.
