PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLt1TI0N N0. 1099 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Pleasanton requested <br />the Planning Commission to review the <br />Zoning Ordinance regulations pertaining to <br />0 (Office) District, specifically those <br />regulations relating to the number of <br />off-street parking spaces required for medics <br />office facilities located within such distric <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we initiate a change amending Zoning <br />Ordinance requirements for parking for medics <br />facilities to be changed to six spaces per <br />doctor or one space for 150 square feet of <br />floor area. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of June, 1971, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Pons, Wood, Hirst <br />Pereira and Chairman Carrigan. <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: June 8, 1971 <br />Attest: <br />V c~Ai lo, Acting Secretary Howard T. arrig n, Ch irman <br />
