to be applicable to any of such damages or <br />claims for damages. <br />10. Insurance. Developer further agrees to fulfill the <br />following: <br />a. Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to <br />the City of Pleasanton from his insurance <br />carrier providing proof of Worker's Compensation <br />and Policy Number. <br />b. Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his <br />insurance carrier showing the amount of <br />Public Liability and Property Damage coverage <br />and naming the City of Pleasanton and Agents <br />as an additional insured. Insurance coverage shall <br />be in at least the following amounts: <br />PUBLIC LIABILITY <br />General Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br />General Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />Bodily Injury - $500,000 Per Person/$1,000,000 <br />Per Occurrence <br />Property Damage - $100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />11. Attorney's Fees. In the event either party shall <br />institute and prevail in any action or suit for the enforcement <br />of any of its rights under this agreement, the prevailing party <br />shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney's fee as may be fixed <br />by the court on account thereof. <br />12. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in writing <br />and delivered in person or sent by certified mail, postage <br />prepaid.
