CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-326 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE MASTER PLAN FOR AUGUSTIN BERNAL PARK WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton for approval of the master plan for improvements to Augustin Bernal Park, including development of a staging area (parking, picnic areas, restrooms), reconstruction and maintenance of hiking/equestrian trails, establishment of primitive campsites, and other related improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 11, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed master plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed master plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton for approval of the master plan for improvements to Augustin Bernal Park, including development of a staging area (parking, picnic areas, restrooms), reconstruction and maintenance of hiking/equestrian trails, establishment of primitive campsites, and other related improvements.
