CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-325 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO TWO APPROVED REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLANS FOR HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK TO INCORPORATE <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, DESIGN GUIDELINES AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS (PUD-S1-30-19M/PUD-S5-S-3M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Prudential Insurance Company of America <br /> for a major modification for two approved rezoning and <br /> development plans for a business park to incorporate <br /> conditions of approval, design guidelines, and <br /> development agreements for Phases I and II of Hacienda <br /> Business Park, located on an approximately 1,375 acre <br /> site in the area generally bounded by Interstate 580, <br /> Hopyard Road and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated June 24, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed major <br /> modifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major <br /> modifications would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Prudential Insurance Company of America for a major <br /> modification for two approved rezoning and development <br /> plans for a business park to incorporate conditions of <br /> approval, design guidelines, and development agreements <br /> for Phases I and II of Hacienda Business Park, located <br /> on an approximately 1,375 acre site in the area <br /> generally bounded by Interstate 580, Hopyard Road and <br /> the Arroyo Mocho Canal. <br /> <br /> <br />
