ARTICLE 1 <br />MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING <br />1.1 Areas for Landscaping Maintenance. The Association <br />shall maintain the following landscaping areas: <br />1.1.1 Stoneridge Drive: (i) Central medians for <br />Stoneridge Drive from its intersection with <br />West Las Positas Boulevard to its <br />intersection with Santa Rita Road, (ii) the <br />area within the Common Area Easement on the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard, (iii) the area within the Common <br />Area Easement on the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and West Las <br />Positas Boulevard, (iv) the area within the <br />Common Area Easement on the northwest corner <br />of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Santa Rita Road, (v) the area within the <br />Common Area Easement on the southwest corner <br />of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Santa Rita Road, (vi) the area within the <br />Public Service Easement on the north side of <br />Stoneridge Drive from the Common Area <br />Easement on the northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Santa <br />Rita Road to the southern boundary of Arroyo <br />Mocho Canal, (vii) the area within the <br />Public Service Easement on the south side of <br />Stoneridge Drive from the Common Area <br />Easement on the southwest corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Santa <br />Rita Road to the southern boundary of Arroyo <br />Mocho Canal, (viii) the area on the south <br />side of Stoneridge Drive from the western <br />boundary of the Arroyo Mocho Bridge on <br />Stoneridge Drive to the southeast boundary of <br />Lot 24 as shown on Parcel Map 3937, Hacienda <br />Business Park, recorded December 18, 1986, <br />in Book 165 of Maps, Pages 32 to 34, Official <br />Records of Alameda County. <br />1.1.2 Army Property: the area on the south side of <br />Arroyo Mocho Canal, adjacent to the canal <br />fence extending thirty feet from the fence <br />between Stoneridge Drive and Santa Rita Road. <br />4 <br />
