CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-324 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW INVESTMENT, INC. FOR REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A HOTEL AT 11920 OLD <br /> DUBLIN CANYON ROAD (PUD-87-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Harbor View Investment, Inc. to rezone <br /> from "A" (Agricultural) District to "PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Commercial and Offices" District and <br /> development plan approval for a seven-story, 150 room <br /> hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located <br /> on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located a 11920 Old <br /> Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 30, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br />of Harbor View Investment, Inc. to rezone from "A" <br />(Agricultural) District to "PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices" District and <br />development plan approval for a seven-story, 150 room <br />hotel, restaurant, and related facilities, to be located <br />on an approximately 3.6 acre site, located a 11920 Old <br />Dublin Canyon Road. (PUD-87-2) <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
