5. Compliance with Laws. The Developer shall comply with <br />all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and <br />ordinances. No discrimination shall be made by the Developer in <br />the employment of persons to work under this contract because of <br />race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex or religion of such <br />person. <br />6. Notices. All notices to be given pursuant to this <br />Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when <br />mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, <br />to the parties hereto at the address set forth below, or to such <br />other place as a party may from time to time designate in <br />writing: <br />CITY: City Manager. <br />City of Pleasanton <br />P.O.
