CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-562 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF TIOGA CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION FOR <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 30,150 SQ. FT. MIXED-USE <br /> COMMERCIAL COMPLEX TO BE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER <br /> OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND PIMLICO DRIVE <br /> (AP-87-21/PUD-S0-15-SD) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 15, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Tioga Construction Corporation for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> approval for an approximately 30,150 sq. ft. mixed-use <br /> commercial complex to be located at the southeast corner <br /> of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 2, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Tioga Construction Corporation for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br /> an approximately 30,150 sq. ft. mixed-use commercial <br /> complex to be located at the southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive <br /> (PUD-80-15-5D) . <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
