General Provisions. <br />8.1 Mer er. All negotiations and agreements <br />heretofore had by and between the parties and their agents <br />with respect to this Agreement are merged into this Agreement <br />(including all exhibits) which completely sets forth the <br />obligation of the parties. <br />8.2 Successors. All terms and provisions of <br />this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the <br />benefit of, and be enforceable by, the respective assigns <br />and successors of Foothill and City. <br />8.3 Captions. The captions and headings in this <br />Agreement are for reference and convenience only and shall <br />not limit or expand the meaning of the provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />8.4 Severability.
