consistent with their individual agency policies, to be submitted to each City Council <br />for consideration. <br />Section 4.1 Reimbursement of Expenditures. Expenses for the services of outside contractors <br />and materials necessary for the development of a Joint Exercise of Powers <br />Agreement will be shared equally by the Participating Agencies. <br />Section 4.2 Limitations on Expenditures. Expenses shall be limited to those necessary for the <br />development of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 5.1 Termination.
