CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-538 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT E. BUTLER AS VICE MAYOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second meeting in November has been designated as <br /> the time for reorganization of the City Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council does hereby appoint Robert E.
