RESOLUTION NO. 87-535 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND <br /> SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1987-1 <br /> KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. At the direction of this Council, MacKay & Somps, as <br />Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in Assessment District <br />1987-1, Koll Center Pleasanton, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, has filed with the City Clerk the report described in <br />Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913). This Council accepts the report without <br />modification, for the purpose of conducting a hearing of protests to <br />the improvements described in the report. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council sets 8:00 P.M. on January 5, 1988, in the <br />Chambers of the City Council at 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />California, as the time and place for hearing protests to the <br />proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail <br />the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall <br />be published in THE VALLEY TIMES. <br /> <br /> <br />
