less-than-significant levels through the implementation of the mitigation measure
discussed above because the measure requires that public use facilities including roads
and water tanks be screened from view and integrated into the landscape. The planting
of trees and shrubs along roadways and adjacent to the planned water tank will visually
integrate newly constructed features with the surrounding landscape.
(ii) Remaining Impacts.
Any remaining impacts related to views of planned infrastructure features will be less
than significant.
2.
