<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, August 22, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 22, 2007, was called to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; <br />Steve Otto, Associate Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant <br />Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O’Connor, and <br />Arne Olson. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Kathy Narum and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a. August 8, 2007 <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that he should be shown as abstaining under the Roll Call <br />Vote on page 2 because he did not attend the July 25, 2007 meeting; however, he did <br />attend the meeting of August 8, 2007. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that he did cast an “Aye” vote under the Role Call Vote on <br />page 23 and requested that his vote be reflected therein. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES August 22, 2007 Page 1 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
