features of the proposed project shall be prepared. Appro- <br />priate scales shall be selected to illustrate the work <br />consistent with Caltrans' format. The roadway information, <br />profiles, typical cross sections, construction staging, and <br />traffic control information to describe the project shall be <br />provided. Pavement delineation for the mainline, ramps, and <br />crossroads will also be provided. Known locations and sizes <br />of transit-related facilities shall also be shown. <br /> <br />A Roadway Features Memorandum will be prepared and submitted <br />concurrently with the Geometric Approval Drawings. One copy <br />of the memorandum and full-size set of bluelines will be <br />submitted to the following for concurrent review, comment, <br />and approval: <br /> <br /> o Caltrans 5 sets <br /> o City of Pleasanton 1 set <br /> o City of Dublin 1 set <br /> o FHWA 1 set <br /> <br />Task 3-12: Preliminary Landscape Plan <br /> <br />Prior to starting work on the preliminary landscape design <br />the CONSULTANT will attend an initial meeting with the Cities <br />and Caltrans to jointly determine concepts, guidelines and <br />general approach. After preparation of the preliminary land- <br />scape plan, it will be submitted to the CITY for review and <br />comment. Five (5) copies of the revised plan will be sub- <br />mitted to Caltrans for review and comment following incorpo- <br />ration of the City's comments. The CONSULTANT will meet <br />with the Cities and Caltrans to jointly determine the appro- <br />priate review comments to incorporate in the preliminary <br />plan.
