CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-527 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5281, UNIT 4, <br /> AND TRACT 5257, UNIT 3, COUNTRY FAIR DOWNS, PONDEROSA <br /> HOMES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5281, Unit 4, and Tract 5257, Unit 3, Country Fair <br /> Downs, by Ponderosa Homes, Inc., has been completed and <br /> a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:517); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 5281, <br /> Unit 4, and Tract 5257, Unit 3, Country Fair Downs, by <br /> Ponderosa Homes, Inc. are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~NETH'R.
