This Agreement supersedes that portion of said Freeway <br />Agree dent dated May 10, 1971, and said Supplemental Freeway <br />Agreement dated May 23, 197 front (~.5 mile south of Stoneridge <br />Drive t4 Route 580. <br />2. CITY agrees and consents to the closing of CITY streets, <br />relocation of CITY streets, construction of frontage road and <br />other local roads, and ether construction affecting CITY streets, <br />all as shown on said plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A and <br />made a part hereof.: by this .reference. <br />3. STATE, in the construction of said freeway will at <br />STATE's expense, make such changes affecting CITY streets in <br />accordance with the plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A, <br />except that at Stoneridge brine the construction cost for the new <br />interchange and the auxiliary lanes extending north to the Route <br />580 interchange shall be borne by CITY. <br />~. STATE agrees to acquire all necessary right of way <br />required for construction, reconstruction, or alteration of CITY <br />streets and frontage roads, and CITY hereby authorizes STATE to <br />acquire in its behalf all such necessary right of way, except that <br />the cost of right of way required to construct the new interchange <br />at Stoneridge Drive and the auxiliary lanes extending north to the <br />Route 580 connectors shall be borne by CITY. <br />5. It is understood between the parties that the right of <br />way may be acquired in sections or units, and that both as to the <br />
