CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-525 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5436, COUNTRY <br /> FAIR DOWNS, PONDEROSA MOMES, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5436, Country Fair Downs, has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:515); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 5436, <br /> Country Fair Downs, by Ponderosa Homes, Inc., are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~ <br /> K .
