Attest: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 10 - q <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an agreement <br />entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns State <br />Highway Route 580, in the City of Pleasanton between 0.4 mile <br />east of Tassajara Road and 1.0 mile east of Route 68o and between <br />4.0 miles west and 4.7 miles west of Route 680, and. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement <br />in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton that said.
