-• <br />C <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-125 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL FREEWAY AGREEMENT.. <br />WHEREAS,. the State of California, through its Department of Trans- <br />portation, has presented an Agreement entitled "Supple- <br />mental Freeway Agreement" which. concerns State Highway <br />Route 680 within the City of Pleasanton from Happy Valley. <br />Road to Route 580; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has read said Agreement in full and_is <br />familiar with-the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWSc <br />Section 1. That said Agreement be approved and the Mayor is <br />directed to sign the same on behalf of the City. <br />Section 2.
