This Agreement and any PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT(s) executed under this <br />AGREEMENT shall terminate upon 60 days' prior written notice by STATE. <br />2. Each separate PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT shall separately establish the term and funding <br />limits for each described PROJECT funded under this Federal-aid program.
