CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-77 <br />RESOLUTION AUTIiORIZING MASTER <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN ADMINISTERING <br />AGENCY (CITY OF PLEASANTON) AND STATE <br />(STATE OF CALIFORNIA). FOR FEDERAL-AID <br />PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 1, 1997, the City .Council received the report of the <br />Director of Public Works (SR 97:198) regarding Master Agreement No. <br />04-5101 of general requirements. of all federal-aid projects relative to the <br />prosecution of projects and the maintenance of the completed facilities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Manager to enter into Master Agreement No. 04-5101 <br />between the Administering Agency (City of Pleasanton) and the State of <br />California for Federal-Aid Projects. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
