E3. Tertn. The d~of this Agreement is the date on ~ it is' approved by the I~e- <br />partmenc of General Services. The Agreement shall take effect on the first day of the calendar <br />quarter next succeeding the date o-f such approval, but in no ease before the operative date of <br />.the City ardinanee, .nor o-n a clay other than the first day of a calendar quarter. This Agreement <br />shall etrntinue until Septetriber 30 next following the operative date. of the City ordinance, a <br />shall thereafter b e renewed automatically from year to .year unless o-ne o-f the parties gives <br />written notice of termination at least two 'months before the end. of the. term..
