CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-524 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACTS 5093 AND <br /> 5163, THE VINEYARDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tracts <br /> 5093 and 5163, The Vineyards, has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:514); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tracts <br /> 5093 and 5163, The Vineyards, Ponderosa Homes, Inc., are <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~R~,MAy~OR <br /> K <br />~J_~ames R. ~alker, ~'/i~ty Clerk APPROVE~ AS TO FO : <br /> <br /> Peter'D.
