including any interest earned on deposits, remaining after <br /> termination of the Authority and after payment of all <br /> obligations shall be transferred to the Alameda County Waste <br /> Management Authority. All of the assets, liabilities, <br /> contracts and other obligations of the Alameda county Solid <br /> Waste Management Authority are hereby transferred to the <br /> Alameda County Waste Management Authority. <br /> <br /> 3. This Joint Exercise of Power Agreement for <br /> Solid Waste is hereby terminated and concluded. <br /> <br /> 4. This amendment shall take effect when <br />two-thirds of the governing bodies of the member agencies <br />approve this amendment.
