The APCO shall forward a letter to the City indicating approval or disapproval of <br />the proposed amendment and such letter shall be obtained by the City prior to <br />recommendation of approval to the City Council. <br />4. The City shall notify the BAAQMD in writing of any amendments adopted by the <br />City Council. If such amendments were previously approved under Subsection <br />2.B.3. of this Agreement, the approved status of the TRO will remain unchanged. <br />If the BAAQMD did not approve the amendments and determines that the amended <br />TRO is less stringent than Regulation 13, Rule 1, within the meaning of Section 13- <br />1-302 of the rule, this Delegation Agreement is terminated as provided in Section <br />10.B. <br />AGREEMENT ON EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION SURVEYS <br />A. City staff shall follow the employee transportation survey procedures set forth in the <br />Delegation Plan (Attachment B). Surveys will be conducted in January or February. The <br />results maybe compared to the previous year's performance objective. <br />B. The BAAQMD shall provide information to City staff, upon request, on current <br />employee transportation survey procedures used by the BAAQMD. <br />C. Consistency between City implementation of the survey procedures and the Delegation <br />Plan and BAAQMD survey procedures shalt be evaluated by the BAAQMD in the <br />course of its annual performance evaluation. <br />D. City shall provide data and results from employee transportation surveys from all work <br />sites,. as requested by the BAAQMD as part of the annual performance evaluation, or at <br />other times of the year, as described in Section 6.B. of this Agreement. <br />E. BAAQMD shall provide to City staff, upon request, data and results from employee <br />transportation surveys from multi-site employers that report to the BAAQMD for work <br />sites located within the City of Pleasanton. <br />4. AGREEMENT ON EMPLOYER TRIP REDUCTION PLAN <br />APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL AND APPEAL OF PLAN DISAPPROVAL <br />A. City staff shall follow the plan approvaVdisapproval and appeal criteria and procedures <br />set forth in the Delegation Plan (Attachment B). <br />B. The BAAQMD shall provide information to City staff upon request on current criteria <br />and methods for reviewing, approving, and disapproving plans submitted to the <br />BAAQMD and information on plan appeals. <br />C. Consistency between City implementation of the plan approvaVdisapproval procedures <br />and criteria and the Delegation Plan and BAAQMD procedures and criteria shall be <br />evaluated by the BAAQMD in the course of its annual performance evaluation. <br />BAAQMD-City of Pleasanton Delegation Agreement -Page 3 <br />
