Health and safety issues. As provided by State law, the Park Owner shall inspect and
test all gas service lines annually and shall ensure that all gas cocks are leak tight and can
be easily shut off in case of an emergency; the Park Owner shall replace those that leak or
that cannot be easily shut off. The Park Owner shall develop and maintain an emergency
plan to assure that the valves to the gas main will be closed in case of an extreme
emergency. The Park Owner shall contact the City Fire Department to confirm that the
fire hydrants within the park have been inspected and tested annually.
