Pick-up of one (1) garbage container per <br />homesite, weekly. (Pick-up of additional <br />containers must be at the sole expense of <br />Resident); <br />Water service to Resident's homesite. (Park <br />reserves-the right to install individual <br />water meters at each homesite at any time, <br />and to bill Resident monthly for water use at <br />such rates as are permitted by law, subject <br />to an initial rent reduction corresponding to <br />reduction in cost of providing water <br />services); <br />Other (identify). <br />7. PAYMENT OF RENT. Payment of rent is due on the first <br />day of each month at the Park office without any set-off, <br />counterclaim, or deduction whatsoever. As additional rent, a <br />late charge of 6~ of amounts owing will be imposed if rent is not <br />paid by the fifth of the month. This charge does not, in any <br />way, relieve Resident of the Resident's obligation to pay rent by <br />the first of the month and is levied to cover the costs of <br />additional accounting and collection expenses. Additionally, <br />there will be a $10.00 handling charge for all checks dishonored <br />by Resident's bank for any reason. <br />8. THE MOBILEHOME RESIDENCY LAW. Attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A," and by this reference made a part of this Lease as <br />though set forth in full, is a copy of the current Mobilehome <br />Residency Law, and by signing this Lease, Resident acknowledges <br />that the Resident has received a copy of that Law. Any amendment <br />to the Mobilehome Residency Law shall automatically be <br />incorporated in this Lease as required by Law. <br />9. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Attached hereto marked Exhibit <br />"B," and by this reference made a part of this Lease as though <br />set forth in full, is a copy of the present Rules and Regulations <br />of the Park. Resident shall comply with all such rules and <br />regulations and such additional rules and regulations as may be <br />promulgated ~rom time to time in accordance with state law. <br />Resident, by signing this Lease, acknowledges receipt of those <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />10. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARK. Park shall during the term <br />of this Lease provide and maintain the -`acilities set forth in <br />paragraph 5 and the common areas in good working order and <br />- 3 - <br />- E.X~~IBIT <br />~.,~ <br />
