CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-511 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY <br /> PARTNERS AND AMERICAN COMM CENTER8 FOR DESIGN APPROVAL <br /> FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 8.2 <br /> ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE AND CHABOT DRIVE (PUD-81-30-40D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Community Partners and American Comm Centers <br /> has applied for design approval for construction of a <br /> single-story, approximately 18,400 sq. ft. office <br /> building to be located on an approximately 8.2 acre site <br /> located at the southeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 17, 1987 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD as well as the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Pleasanton Community <br /> Partners and American Comm Centers for design approval <br /> for a single-story, approximately 18,400 sq. ft. office <br /> building on an approximately 8.2 acre site located at <br /> the southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge <br /> Drive and Chabot Drive, subject to the conditions listed <br /> in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
