CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-511 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND AMERICAN COMM CENTER8 FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 8.2 ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND CHABOT DRIVE (PUD-81-30-40D) WHEREAS, Pleasanton Community Partners and American Comm Centers has applied for design approval for construction of a single-story, approximately 18,400 sq. ft. office building to be located on an approximately 8.2 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 17, 1987 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Pleasanton Community Partners and American Comm Centers for design approval for a single-story, approximately 18,400 sq. ft. office building on an approximately 8.2 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
