CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-510 <br /> <br /> RE8OLUTION DENYING APPEAL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF A <br /> DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPROVING <br /> APPLICATION OF CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR TRAFFIC <br /> CIRCULATION DESIGN OF COMMERCIAL COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE <br /> AREA BOUNDED BY MISSION DRIVE, JUNIPERO DRIVE AND SUNOL <br /> BOULEVARD (AP-87-19/Z-87-403) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28 1987, the Design Review <br /> Board approved the application of Connolly Development, <br /> Inc., for approval of a traffic circulation design of <br /> the recently approved approximately 113,000 sq. ft. <br /> commercial complex located in the area bounded by <br /> Mission Drive to the north, Junipero drive to the south, <br /> and Sunol Boulevard to the west; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so they <br /> could review the traffic patterns; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> November 17, 1987 at which time all pertinent testimony <br /> and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the appeal of the City Council and therefore <br /> affirms the Design Review Board approval of the <br /> application of Connolly Development, Inc., for approval <br /> of a traffic circulation design of the recently approved <br /> approximately 113,000 sq. ft. commercial complex located <br /> in the area bounded by Mission Drive to the north, <br /> Junipero drive to the south, and Sunol Boulevard to the <br /> west. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
