CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-509 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING GLORIA BONDURANT A8 MEMBER OF THE <br /> HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Bruce Fiedler, there is a <br /> vacancy on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the names of various <br /> individuals who are interested in serving on the Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners and evaluated their <br /> qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Gloria J. Bondurant is hereby appointed to the <br /> Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the <br /> unexpired term of Bruce Fiedler, which term expires on <br /> January 25, 1991, or until such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 17, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None jNET/~H/~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K R.
