C1:1'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br />RESOLUTION N0.04-085 <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR MICHAEL H. ROUSH <br />AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, Michael H. Roush was appointed City Attorney of the City of Pleasanton on <br />September 26, 1988 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution <br />Nos. 88-476 and 00-007; and <br />WHEREAS, other benefits for the City Attorney, as a management employee, were most <br />recently established by the adoption of Resolution No. 04-068 approving the <br />City's 2004-2005 ManagementlConfidential Performance Compensation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Attorney's <br />compensation resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Attorney is adjusted to $170,336 effective the first <br />pay period after September 1, 2004. <br />Section 2: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution Nos. <br />88-476, 00-007 and 04-068 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3: The 2004-2005 Operating Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br />accordingly. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
