EXHIBIT "A" For the period commencing September 26, 1988 and ending September 25, 1989, the salary and supplementary benefits for the City Attorney shall be as follows: I. Salary: The salary for the year beginning September 26, 1988 shall be $70,000.00 annually. II. Supplementary Benefits: A. Medical. Fully-paid premiums for either the City Blue Cross Plan, Foundation Health Plan, or the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and prescription drug options. B. Dental. Fully-paid premiums for dental insurance. C. Life Insurance. Fully-paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the employee. D. Lona-Term Disability. Fully-paid premiums for long-term disability insurance. E. Holiday Leave. The holiday leave provision as established for the City's management employees shall apply. F. Vacation. Fifteen (15) vacation days annually. G. Sick Leave. The sick leave provisions, as established for City management employees, shall apply, except that there shall be credited immediately forty (40) hours of sick leave. H. Administrative Leave. Seven (7) days administrative leave per fiscal year, to be reimbursed twice each year, January and July, if not taken, as established for City management employees. I. Credit Union. Payroll deduction available to partici- pate in City and County credit union. J. Holidays. The same holidays as established for City management employees. K. Vehicle Usage. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished by the City, provided the City Attorney shall have the option of licensing said vehicle and shall pay for any gasoline related to the personal use thereof. L. Retirement System. State Public Employees Retirement System (PERS). City will pay employee's share of PERS costs (seven percent). M. Deferred Compensation. Option to participate in de- ferred compensation program.
