r ~ <br />I. GRO~J'TH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br />A. City hereby grants growth management approval to <br />Parcel A of Tract 5129 for development according-to the following <br />schedule: <br />1984 32 units <br />1985 32 units <br />B.: Within Parcel A of Tract 5129, this agreement shall <br />be the sole authority for. any. development pursuant to the <br />Growth Management Program. <br />II. DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS <br />A. Zoning and Subdivision <br />1. Any'and all necessary subdivision maps, rezoning . <br />proposals, or general plan amendments, if required, must <br />be processed in accordance with normal. City vrocedunes <br />and state law. This is not a Development Agreement <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 65864, et seq. <br />2. Developer may apply for necessary zoning and <br />subdivision approvals. in advance of the year for which <br />growth management. approval has been given. <br />B. Building Permits. <br />1. Building permits may be obtained in the calendar <br />year .for which growth management approval is given or <br />any time in the next two calendar years. Thus, where <br />this agreement identifies a growth management approval <br />.for the year 1984, .building permits for the authorized <br />units must be obtained by December 31, 1986. <br />-2- <br />
