ATTORNEY'S FEES. <br />If either party commences an action against the other to <br />enforce or interpret this agreement, the prevailing party shall <br />be entitled to have and recover reasonable attorney's fees and <br />costs of suit from the party not prevailing. <br />VII. Any party or successor in <br />interest may change the foregoing address by giving notice of a <br />new address to each other party in the manner herein provided. <br />Notice shall be considered received two days after the time of <br />mailing. <br />VIII. SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST. <br />This agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon <br />any and all heirs, assigns, and successors in interest of <br />Developer having any interest in the property described in <br />Exhibit "A". <br />-6- <br />
