Prepare final cost estimate for bike path. <br /> <br />II. Ruth & Golna Inc.'s SCODe Of Work <br /> <br /> A. Collect background Information Including existing utility Information, provide <br /> 20' scale aerial survey of the work area and field check existing utilities, <br /> B. Attend one (1) meeting at CIty Hall with the Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> and two (Z) meeting with City Staff. <br /> C. Assist AKA In layout of roadway and parking lots and generate necessary <br /> geometrlcs for construction documents. <br /> D. Prepare preliminary cost estimate with detailed cost breakdown for the <br /> work outlined below, <br /> E. After approval of preliminary design of roadway and parking lot, prepare <br /> construction documents for the following: <br /> I. Demolition Ran <br /> Z. Final Grading and Drainage Plan <br /> 3. Staking and Layout Plan ( Dimensions and CIty Standards shall be provided <br /> to Ruth & Going) <br /> 4.Striping Plan <br /> 5.Hardscape and Drainage Details <br /> <br /> <br />
