ll. Vehicles on which "holds" were placed by the Pleasanton Police Department <br /> shall not be released without written authorization of the Pleasanton <br /> Police Department. <br /> <br />12. Tow operators will provide for the release of automobiles to owners upon <br /> payment of charges during reasonable hours of the day {7:00 AM to 7:00 PM), <br /> excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Release of vehicles between <br /> 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM is not mandatory. The tow company has the right to <br /> refuse to release a vehicle during the hours of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and all <br /> day on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays unless a specific request is made by <br /> the on-duty Pleasanton Police Department supervisor. The tow company may <br /> elect to release a vehicle during these hours and an additional charge of <br /> $20 may be levied. <br /> <br />13. While calls normally will be assigned on a rotational basis, the <br /> Pleasanton Police Department will retain the option of calling other tow <br /> operators whenever the volume of tows dictates, or whenever the <br /> appropriate operator is unable to respond. <br /> <br />14. The tow service will furnish satisfactory evidence of liability insurance <br /> providing adequate protection of disabled vehicles and any property <br /> contained in such vehicles while being towed and during storage. <br /> Liability will be at least in the following limits: $100,000 per person, <br /> $300,000 per occurrence, and $100,000 property damage. <br /> <br />The undersigned agrees that as a condition to inclusion on the tow list for the <br />City of Pleasanton Police Department, the company represented by the <br />undersigned will follow these conditions and regulations. <br /> <br />COMPANY NAME: <br /> <br />SIGNED: <br /> <br />TITLE: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br /> <br />
