CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-482 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF PACIFIC BELL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim for indemnity filed on behalf of Pacific Bell <br /> regarding the automobile accident on Foothill Road which <br /> occurred July 23, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Pacific Bell is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Wilson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> james R.
