CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-481 <br />DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION FOR FILING A LATE CLAIM BY <br />STATE FARM <br />WHEREAS, on October 14, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received an <br />application to file a late claim by State Farm Insurance <br />regarding an accident involving their insured Gary <br />Glascow which occurred on May 6, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 3, 1987, the City Council reviewed the <br />application to file a late claim and determined that it <br />should be denied; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: The application to file a late claim on behalf of <br />State Farm Insurance is hereby denied. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />v uuico ate. rvuinci , ~.i yY ~-.ici» <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />KENNETH R.
