EXHIBIT 8 OESCRIPTION OF THE SURUEY AREA The southeastern boundary of the survey area is located at the ~ntersect~on of Sonoma Drive and Junipero Drive in Pleasanton, California. The boundary continues northerly along Sonoma Orive, then westerly along Mission Drive to Sunol 8oulevard. The boundary continues northerly along Sunol Boulevard to 8ernal Aveunue, then easterly along 8ernal Avenue to the eastern edge of the Pleasanton School mroperty, then along the eastern edge of the school property to Abbie Street, then westerly along the school property to First Street. The boundary then continues notheasterly along First Street to the Arroyo Walle, then follow~ the Arroyo easterly to the eastern edge of Stanley Business Park, then proceeds northerly along Stanley Business Park to Stanley Boulevard, then westerly along Stanley Boulevard to the eastern intersection of the Southern Pacific and the Union Pacific railroad tracks. The boundary then proceeds northwesterly along the Southern Pacific tracks to galley Avenue, then westerly along Walley Avenue to Kolln Street, then southerly along Kolln Street to the southwestern boundary of the Madden property, then easterly along the southern boundary of the Madden property, then southwesterly along the westann edge of the Madden and Ounkley properties to Ray Street, then westerly along Ray Street to a point approximately 100 feet easterly of the intersection of Walnut Orive and Ray Street, then northerly to Stanley Boulevard, then westerly along Stanley Boulevard to the eastern boundary of the Exxon Station property, then northerly to the Union Pacific tracks, then westerly along the Union Pacific tracks to St. John Street.
