CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-489 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF BROOKSIDE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR PUD <br /> ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN AUTOMOBILE <br /> WASHING FACILITY AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS ON 0.90 ACRES <br /> LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PIMLICO DIVE APPROXIMATELY <br /> 800 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND <br /> PIMLICO DRIVE (PUD-87-24) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 3, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Brookside Development Company for Planned <br /> Unit Development rezoning and development pan approval <br /> for an approximately 5,650 sq. ft. automobile washing <br /> facility and related improvements to be located on an <br /> approximately 0.90 acre site located on the north side <br /> of Pimlico Drive approximately 800 feet east of the <br /> intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated September 18, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Brookside Development Company for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development pan approval for an <br /> approximately 5,650 sq. ft. automobile washing facility <br /> and related improvements to be located on an <br /> approximately 0.90 acre site located on the north side <br /> of Pimlico Drive approximately 800 feet east of the <br /> intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive. <br /> (PUD-87-24) <br /> <br /> <br />
