PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-58 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF MIKE CALLAHAN/STEALTH STREET PARTNERS, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-93-02-08M/PCUP-181 <br />WHEREAS, Mike Callahan/Stealth Street Partners has applied for a major modification to the <br />Ruby Hill PUD development plan to allow the construction of an approximately <br />19,716-square-foot event center with a 4,800-square-foot winery and for a <br />conditional use permit to allow alcoholic beverage service at the event center after <br />10:00 p.m. at the property located at the southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue <br />and Isabel Avenue, south of Ruby Hill Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated <br />September 13, 2006, and received the recommendation of staff; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 25, 2006, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for Case PUD-93-02-08M/PCUP-181; and <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br />the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable State and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the site's wildlife. <br />
