EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PDR-547, Glenn Hicks <br />2529 Yolanda Court <br />October 18, 2006 <br />General Conditions: <br />The proposed residence and related improvements shall conform substantially to the site <br />plan, floor plans, architectural elevations, landscape plan, Green Building checklist, and <br />color and material board, dated "Received August 14, 2006", as Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the plans <br />may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. <br />2. All condition of PUD-O1 through PUD-O1-1 OM shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3.
